Booking process
1. Order Products: Select the products you wish to order.

3. Pick-up/Return Methods: Pick up your device directly at our store (please refer to "Contact Us" for store addresses) or via SF Express (shipping fee $30 for orders under 3 days).

No need to rush after your return trip; simply notify SF Express for pickup within one to two days or go to your nearest SF Express station. The service is free.) Hassle-free! (Long-term rental discounts apply to China, Hong Kong, and Europe; $38/day is excluded, and rentals of 4 days or more are required.)

**You must return the aircraft within one to two days of your booked return date to avoid late return fees.**
Late return: For each day of delay, a late return fee will be charged at the regular daily rate plus $40 administrative fee.
4. Transaction completed
*If you encounter any problems during your trip, please contact our support hotline first. We will provide assistance as soon as possible. If no contact is made, it will be assumed that the product is in normal use, and you will not be able to request any refund after returning to Hong Kong.

Payment & Deposit:
- Credit Card Payment: When a guest pays with a credit card, a deposit for renting the equipment is authorized (the amount depends on the deposit for renting the equipment).
- Bank Transfer Payment: After you return the device and inspect it, we will give you a "Return Receipt". Please contact 9101 4941 via Whatsapp within 5 hours after returning the device and provide your bank account number and cardholder's name. HSBC/BOC will refund your deposit within 8 business days and then send you the deposit slip via Whatsapp.
