Booking process
1. Order Products: Select the products you wish to order.
2. Payment: Supported payment methods include PayPal, Faster Payment System (FPS), ATM transfer, and credit card.
3. Pick-up/Return Methods: Pick up your device directly at our store (please refer to "Contact Us" for store addresses) or via SF Express (shipping fee $30 for orders under 3 days).

The only one in Hong Kong to rent a travel Wi-Fi device with free door-to-door pickup and drop-off service (delivered to your door 1-2 days in advance before departure, so you don't have to rush back; free pick-up service is provided 1-2 days later). No worries! (Except for long-term rental discounts and minimum rental periods of 4 days).

*If you encounter any problems during your trip, please contact our support hotline first. We will provide assistance as soon as possible. If no contact is made, it will be assumed that the product is in normal use, and you will not be able to request any refund after returning to Hong Kong.

Payment & Deposit:
- Credit Card Payment: When a guest pays with a credit card, a deposit for renting the equipment is authorized (the amount depends on the deposit for renting the equipment).
- Bank Transfer Payment: After you return the device and inspect it, we will give you a "Return Receipt". Please contact 9101 4941 via Whatsapp within 5 hours after returning the device and provide your bank account number and cardholder's name. HSBC/BOC will refund your deposit within 8 business days and then send you the deposit slip via Whatsapp.
